Ready to build strength, boost endurance, and move with more power — all using just your body? Join me for a 60-minute Strength & Conditioning class that blends calisthenics with functional training, designed to help move better in everyday life.

Class Details

What to expect: Calisthenics is a form of exercise that relies on using one's own body weight for resistance. This full-body workout is set up in a circuit training format, rotating through exercises that challenge your upper body, lower body, core, and cardiovascular system. Expect functional movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, jumps, and other bodyweight drills that improve strength, stability, mobility, and stamina — no equipment needed!

Mini Group – Up to 6 People: A great option for those looking for a personal training approach in a small group setting. With just a few people in each session, you’ll get plenty of individual attention, support with technique, and the space to build confidence in every move — all while enjoying the motivation and energy of a group.

What to Bring: Water and your yoga mat.

What you’ll leave with: Sweat, strength, and that awesome “I did it” feeling 💪

Fee and Payment Details:

  • First Class: $10
  • Drop-in Rate: $20
  • Monthly (4 Classes): $60

Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month. Please note that fees for missed classes are non-refundable. However, if you miss a class due to illness or an emergency, you may make it up on another day.
